I contacted Jesse after inquiring about a home in which he sent me his contact information. Jesse was immediately rude and abrasive upon answering. He treated me with disrespect, misunderstood what I was asking him because he wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise, yelled at me and hung up on me.
I'd recommend Jesse if you're looking for someone to treat you like you are a low life scum not worth his precious time.
This professional is the best realtor in the Mid Atlantic and maybe just maybe the whole country. He has helped us a lot through every step of the buying and selling process and only deals in getting results. He is very attentive and works very well with his clients to obtain the highest level of satisfaction possible.

My husband put a bid in on a house 4 months ago while I was still in another state with my kids finishing their school. It is a short sale which we were told could take awhile. The kids and I moved up in June. That week we got a call from our realtor that we needed to do all the paperwork again due to a "glitch" in the system. We then found out Jesse Storm never submitted our 1st bid because someone on his team wanted the same house and if they were to get it Jesse would get 50% commission. We put our trust in the realtors and never thought this would happen. Now we had to start the process over and have to continue to live separate due to lack of space at our parents houses and don't have a clue where to register my children for school. Jesse Storm"s actions not only hurt my husband and me but my children as well.
I truly hope that you have left this on your agents zillow page. Why you ask- I represented the seller, you had your own agent. If your agent did not explain what a back up offer to a short sale was then that is between you and your agent.
Jesse was pretty much invisible, did not live up to expectations and did not follow up with his promises. He did not show up for meetings or he was late. Had no respect for anyone's time but his own.
WE WASTED so much time on him which we truly regret.
I am sorry I don't know who this person is. I don't remember a house in Lancaster that expired 4/15/2015. Second you have to be talking about someone else I, unlike most Realtor's work almost 15 hours a day just about every day of the month. I like being early to every meeting OR showing. I always try to do to more then what I should. Clients call asking to meet the same day I try and find a way to do that. I am normally booked about 3 days out most times but I try to meet the time frame of every client as best as I can. I am very sorry you feel this way but I feel your talking about the wrong person here.
I can't even complete the above with any knowledge, since in an almost 3 month period, we were never once contacted after the initial meeting. The one that IS accurate however is Responsiveness! (this site is making choose the stars)

I would like to take this time to thank you for the feedback. I am very sorry you feel this way. We listed 3389 Harrowgate Rd York PA (this was an investor looking to flip the home) on 12/20. Listing was for 3 months in the middle of winter. I feel we did very well. The listing was placed on the top four website,(Realtor.com, Homes.com, Zillow and Trulia) We then pushed it out to hundreds of other smaller websites like (Homes and Land, estates, and on). I was told at our meeting that the prior agent never had a showing on the home but did open houses every weekend on the home. We had the first showing setup on 1/7/15 Given the time of the year that is really good I feel. I am very sorry if you did not feel that was fast enough. Then over the next 2 1/2 months you had 7 other private showings set up. 1/8/15, 1/10/15, 1/25/15, 2/08/15, 2/9/15, then one that canceled showing do to the weather we had this winter on 2/21/15 and the last showing on 2/27/15.
He talked us out of buying an older house on the initial phone call. He was not familiar with the house or our situation. Two days later after we walked through the house and decided to place an offer, the pproperty already had an agreement in place with another buyer. He also tried to insert himself (as an Agent) into a real estate situation that we were currently involved in that was not relevant to my interest in the property we were inquiring about.
I would love to respond to this reply with something. But I have no clue who this is nor do I practice Real Estate in this way. I feel this person must have me confused with another Realtor.

After my 1 year listing expired with another realtor, I was contacted by Jesse Storm Team to re-list the property for sale with them. I found them to be professional, proactive and enthusiastic throughout the process. Our agent was very helpful.Worked hard to show us many homes. We saw about 10 home in a very short amount of time. She was given the information about what we wanted and the amount we could spend. She was very efficient about fining homes and and showing them to fit our schedule. Had no problem working in the evening. The settlement was held quickly and efficiently.
Too much pressure from him and his office staff. Even a mortgage company called me and I only previewed one house with Jesse. I told him to let me know if there were any other ranchers for sale but I was flooded with e-mail to sign things and others calling me. Way too much in your face too quickly.

Jesse was obviously very knowledgeable about the financial processes and contract agreements. He did not display a great understanding of the actual house, as he spent all of his time speaking rapidly and constantly of the financial end and focusing on utilities while rushing us through whole rooms, all of which had the effect of drawing our attention away and not giving us enough time to examine the house and what a mess it really was. He spent half his time lecturing us on the contracts he wanted us to sign, and when we declined to obligate ourselves to him and not sign them, his previous cheerful and friendly manner turned immediately to cold rudeness. After spending more than half an hour with him in that house, he ordered us out and refused to speak to us. He gives fast talk and sweet talk, but it's all geared toward self-interest, not yours.
Thanks Guys for your review. I am sorry that you feel that way. I thought I responded to every question you had in the 50 mins we where together. But by state law all Realtors have to do one simple thing that is called the Consumer Notice just stating how are Realtor can help you as a Buying Agent, Selling Agent or a duel agent. Every Realtor must provide and disclose this to potential clients. As I stated then It is not a contract it is a state discloser that potential customers sign stating I disclosed the state law to them. By not signing the states form I am not allow to get into or continue discussions. Realtor's must keep that form on file for state audits. At the point you stated you where not willing to identify that i reviewed the form with you my job was done. I could not help you any further.
We actually met Jesse at our first home showing request, he has always been so professional, From start to finish he has been there for us, whether to answer our questions or just to give us advice. He spent many hours on the phone with us going over paperwork. We can honestly say we would'nt want anyone else handling our upcoming home purchase, he has been a rose amongst all the thorns.
I have spent a considerable amount of time traveling around Pennsylvania, from Middletown/ Hummelstown/ Hershey to Allentown, Bethlehem and back. I wanted my personal vision to come true, about where I would be spending the rest of my life, searching for peace and my own creative space, in a preferably rural area, where there are no restrictions on having my own pets, to share my space with. After having viewed this cabin and the pictures on Zillow, Jesse made arrangements for me to see the interior, which allowed me to take more photographs showing the strengths and weaknesses, of this house built the year I was born, 1951. It was exactly what I was looking for, with almost an acre of land to go with it, abutting a trout stream. What a view. The stone fireplace in the living room was the icing on the cake. I have been reading Log Home Living for the past year or so, and was discouraged by their high prices, but this home was all I really needed, and I could afford to buy it outright, with Jesse's negotiating skills, and attention to details. I knew he was alright when he was wearing his dress shoes in the mud while showing me the property features. I highly recommend his personable and considerable experience, with his focus on fulfilling your dreams. I'm truly grateful for his service. I had to hold back my tears, when I heard the deal was good to go. My long search is now over. I have a home.

Jesse listed my house and sold it. It did not sell as fast as we would have liked but that was the market. Jesse help with all the estimation documents that the retirement home was asking for. He handle that side of all the information for us. This helped us out a lot. If we would ever need to buy or sell another home he would be our first choice.
Jesse, listed our home and sold it. The great thing was he told us in the market of today we could be looking at 6-12 months till we even get an offer but marketing was number one. So we listed the house in only a month we had an offer on the house. It was full price with 2k in seller assist. Jesse suggested we counter back at full price with the sellers assist on top. They counter then countered asking for full price with 1k in sellers assist. Jesse suggested that we counter back excepting the price but taking off the home warranty. That saved us 600.00 so when the rubber meet the road they excepted the final counter. So we got asking price less 400.00 in sellers assist at the end of the day. But the next best thing was Jesse suggested a price 5k higher then we where thinking of selling the house for. At the end of the day we where 4,600.00 better then we thought of selling the home for that was great. He has helped us buy our new house also. That was fun, not only can he work great on selling a home but he saved us 20k on the home we bought and got us a free warranty plus a few repairs. That other agents in the past have told us not to even bother trying to work into a deal. This is a great company to work with.

Jesse has a lot of knowledge of Lancaster county. He was referred to me by a friend that didn't believe he would get approved for a loan. Jesse was able to find financing for him and they closed on a home soon after. Jesse's only downfall is the fact that he has a lot of clients which is why I rated his responsiveness good instead of excellent. He has many clients because he knows his stuff. But he always returns calls and is always there at the right times.
Jesse Storm was able to make a deal when no one else in the area could. He is the only person I want to use in future real estate dealings, as he makes what others deem impossible possible.
