Ok. It's midway thru September, how's the market in PA?

I am pleased to tell you that for the most part, the market is still doing well in the 12 counties our three regional offices serve. Are there some "spot" markets that are quiet? You bet! Homes priced over $300,000 in all 12 coutnies are moving at a much slower pace than last year---BUT they are selling with good marketing and realistic sellers.
Under $150,000 in most of the counties the inventory is moving fast and seelingin less than 30 days! 30 Days you say? Yes, remember a normal market time is considered to be 90 to 120 day market times.
What is the number one determing factor in sell vs. sit? Condition---sharp homes that are clean as a whistled are the ones the buyers want today.
