Another NEW Office on the way!
WOW! What a fantastic summer it is turning out to be! I am pleased to announce that BrokersRealty.com will be opening an office in Harrisburg late this summer. This is needed as many more Realtors both Commercial and Residential have joined our team. While many firms are trying to "hang on" in the current market, BrokersRealty.Com continues to outpace our goals and grow market share. We have also expanded to now service both Lebanon and Lancaster counties due to customer requests for our Realtors services.
You may hear on the news that real estate is down or in a slump, PLEASE be aware that is not "here"! Things are great, in many price ranges the average days on the market is only 15 to 16 days! WOW! that's fast as a "normal" market time is considered to be 90 to 120 days!
That means that if you are looking to buy in that "range" you need to have a Realtor who is updating you DAILY as to new listings so you don't miss out on the home of your dreams!
