Job Available - E-Commerce Administrator

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

As an Indepeandent Contractor assist in the administration of internet and lead management referral business to develop qualified leads in order to achieve profitability objectives within the guidelines of the company’s policies and procedures.  

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    

·         Current Pennsylvania Real Estate License

·         Relocation experience; counseling experience preferred.

·         Excellent customer service, organizational, follow-through, communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to meet deadlines. 

·         Ability to manage his or her own work flow and resolve questions and problems.

·         Superior grammar and writing skills.

·         Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot in Windows-based environment.  Knowledge of spreadsheets, database management, e-mail and Internet. 

·         Ability to deal effectively multiple tasks and interruptions.

Compensation is Base plus commission.
