Ahhhhhhhhh a taste of Spring should spur the market!
Finally a nice day here in Central PA! That should hopefully get the home buyers interested in getting back out to find their new home! The sub-prime debalce is settling down, lenders are setting their marks and the Loan Officers are back in the saddle with vailbe product. Not as much, and not as loose, but we are able to get serious buyers into homes again---even with bruised credit.
There is still a lot of GREAT affordable homes for those who want to move up or down or get their first home. Rates are good and there are many local programs to help with down payment and closing costs for those who qualify. There is a first time buyer class on the 17th in Harrisburg where you can learn HOW to buy a home and HOW to get the grant money you hear so much about.
So shake off winter and start thinking about investing that tax retrun in a home for your family.
