How's the Market as we get close to Christmas?
Basically, we are seeing the market hold out very strong in Harrisburg, York and the Poconos. Our award winning Realtore writing sales and still taking listings. Several have appoitnments to show properties on the 23rd. People looking that close to the Holidays tend to be extremely motivated to buy.
I know we keep hearing of a slowdown. Our company has not seen it at all. We attribute this to our cutting edge technology and keen Internet marketing that we have been honing for 6+ years. Our name is our website so customers know where to look, and our strategic partnerships with vendors such as Point2 and RealEstate.com continue to increase our numbers.
The latest statistics say that 93% of ALL conusmers are starting their home search on the Internet! not in the paper, not in the homes magazine, not on the tv, but on the INTERNET!
For 2007, for that reason alone 75% of all our marketing efforts will be on the Internet. We want to target the 93% and be in front of them more and in better forums.
So keep watching, we're growing and going places in 2007. We hope to double our size and open 3 new offices in Pennsylvnania in 2007.
