What a difference a year makes.
Boy, I am not sure what it is, but this December is so much buiser than last year wiht customers listing their homes and loking to buy another larger or smaller. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, but is this after election euphoria for the Democrats election victories? Rumsfield stepping down, or is it just the plan and simple fact that you can buy a home for less this Holiday season than a PS3 on Ebay!
What's up with that! Some simpleton actually paid over $14,000 for a GAME for their KIDS? That is just plain WRONG! If you have that much money to blow, send it to Feed the Children or another worthy cause.
Let's stop the madness and start to be the cure for what ails us!
