Well many of our zip code areas seem to be rebounding quite well in the market. Areas like 17043, 17070, 17057,17319, 17339, 17025,17036 and 17007 all are back to where they were at the begining of 2007. That is GOOD NEWS! Some markets are still trailing due primarily it seems to be from overbuilding in the upper prioce ranges.
